As Assistant Creative Director and De’Ja’a sister, Victoria brings a uique blend of professional artistry and personal heart to the foundation. A lifelong dancer with a keen eye for aesthetic and flow, she helps shape the creative vision of our events from the ground up. Victoria’s role is more than just coordination; it is about ensuring the family legacy is honored through movement, excellence, and a forward-thinking vision.

Known to many as Potent, Myron is a lifelong friend to De’Ja’s father, Carlos, and the is quintessential ‘Jack of all Trades’ for the Voices for De’Ja Events Team. With a background in professional trades including painting and infrastructure, he brings a level of hands-on expertise and problem-solving that is vital to our foundation’s success. Whether he is managing the physical build of an event or stepping in to handle complex logistics, Myron operates with the precision and reliability that ensures our vision is realized. If there is a challenge on the ground, Potent is the one who solves it, making him an indispensable anchor to our mission.

For Ed, managing our VIPS and event logistics isn’t just a role-it’s a personal commitment to ensuring that every person who walks through our doors feels the excellence and heart that define De’Ja’s legacy.
